General Quarterly Pest Control (Ants, Spiders, Roaches)

• Quarterly Service: $95 / quarter. No extra Initial Fee (Standard homes up to 2,500 sq ft)

• One-Time Service: $150

What’s included in my Quarterly Plan ($95/qtr):

• Full Exterior Sweep: I remove spider webs, wasp nests, and egg sacs from your eaves and windows.

• Perimeter Defense: I treat the foundation, entry points, and yard to stop ants and roaches before they enter.

• Interior Spot Treatment: If you see a bug inside, I treat it.

• Free Re-Services: If the bugs come back between visits, so do I—for free.
